You may have your order rushed for an additional fee of $50.00. Please contact us for more information on how we can assist you in having your order rushed.

How do I word my invitations?
When writing your invitation just click on the wording suggestion link. If you do not see what you need to say give us a call or email us cfi@creativefirstimpressions.com and we would be more then happy to help you.

Can I have a sample of the invitation before I order?
Yes, we will be more then happy to send you the invitations of your choice, 3 designs per customer.

What are the operating hours?
Our hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. After hours please leave a message. Your call will be promptly returned on the following business day. Email us at cfi@creativefirstimpressions.com and we will reply to your email the next business day.

Response to E-Mails
We will respond to any e-mail you sent to us within 1 business days of receipt.

Order Confirmation
We will provide you with an order confirmation within 1 business day of receipt. The order confirmation will indicate that we have successfully received the order and begun processing the order. I have submitted my order online, but now I want to change it.

How can we make the changes I need?
Once your order is submitted, you will have the opportunity to make changes before it is printed and shipped. We will be in continuous contact with you via e-mail while your order is going through the approval process. If you have immediate concerns, please call us at 813.676.0090 and a representative will be happy to help you and or return your call. After you have placed your order online, you will receive an email from us confirming your order, please contact us if you did not receive our email by the next business day. Due to spam filters our email may have been placed into your trash folder. If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, you will receive our email confirming your order the next business day. Orders will not be sent to print until you give your final approval to our representative via e-mail. Once we receive your final approval, your order should arrive within two weeks of your final approval date.

What ink colors do you offer?
We have selected the best suitable colors to match your invitations or announcements. You are able to View the Colors of our selections and during your ordering process.

What different lettering styles do you offer?
We offer many different Lettering Styles from which you may choose.

Return Policies
If there is a printing error on your order please contact our customer service department within 3 business days so that we can correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer if the error is ours. We will provide you with a call tag and have UPS pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for price of the order with a 20% discount in addition to the shipping cost of the reprinted order. You may also e-mail us with any order or technical assistance issues.

Packaging of Product
We will deliver all merchandise to you in professional packaging. If you receive a damaged product, our customer service department is there to take care of the problem immediately and replace the damaged product, please return the damaged product as soon as possible.

Pricing and Sales Tax
All our products are priced and will automatically calculate your total as you place your order, please feel free to double check the total amount. Sales tax must be added to all Florida residence.
